Guests arrive and check in at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays. Enjoy coffee and light refreshments while connecting with fellow attendees. This is also the time for the official group photo, so early arrival is encouraged.

All participants attend a mandatory safety briefing led by the range professionals. Shooters will receive their complimentary event shirt, which must be worn during the shoot, and finalize team assignments before heading to the course.

The main event begins with a 50-target Sporting Clays Shootout, designed for shooters of all experience levels. Teams will compete in a fun, structured format that emphasizes friendly competition, teamwork, and camaraderie. Ammo, golf carts, scorecards, and ear protection are included. (Gun rentals available separately.)

Following the shoot, guests gather for a BBQ-style lunch and awards ceremony, recognizing top teams and individual shooters. This is a relaxed social moment to celebrate, connect, and enjoy great food. After lunch and awards, families and guests are invited to stick around.
