FLA Clay Classic Shootout

Join the Florida Limousine Association for the FLA Clay Classic Shootout, a high-energy fundraiser bringing together industry leaders, partners, and families for a day of competition, connection, and fun at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays. Designed for both seasoned shooters and first-time participants, this event blends friendly sporting competition with relaxed networking and social time in an outdoor setting.

Attendees will take part in a professionally run sporting clays shoot, followed by a BBQ lunch, awards ceremony, and family-focused activities including axe throwing, archery, and a farm animal petting zoo. The Shootout is an opportunity to support the FLA while building relationships, enjoying great food, and spending quality time with the industry community—on and off the course.

Whether you’re coming to compete, connect, or simply enjoy the day with family, the FLA Sporting Shootout offers a unique and memorable experience for everyone involved.

  • Guests arrive and check in at Tampa Bay Sporting Clays. Enjoy coffee and light refreshments while connecting with fellow attendees. This is also the time for the official group photo, so early arrival is encouraged.

  • All participants attend a mandatory safety briefing led by the range professionals. Shooters will receive their complimentary event shirt, which must be worn during the shoot, and finalize team assignments before heading to the course.

  • The main event begins with a 50-target Sporting Clays Shootout, designed for shooters of all experience levels. Teams will compete in a fun, structured format that emphasizes friendly competition, teamwork, and camaraderie. Ammo, golf carts, scorecards, and ear protection are included. (Gun rentals available separately.)

  • Following the shoot, guests gather for a BBQ-style lunch and awards ceremony, recognizing top teams and individual shooters. This is a relaxed social moment to celebrate, connect, and enjoy great food. After lunch and awards, families and guests are invited to stick around for fun, interactive activities, including:

    • Farm animal petting zoo

    • Axe throwing

    • Archery

    This portion of the day is designed to be casual and family-friendly, giving everyone a chance to unwind and enjoy the venue together.
